ENGINE 351 Cleveland block with a 302 crank and special rods to bring the capacity down to 302cubic inch This is a Australian 302.Pistons are drop forged high compression valve's are standard with roller rockers and chrome moly push rods. a custom made sump holds the oil. on top sits a home made ram manifold and atop of this is a 4.71 supercharger which has been reworked by ourselves and polished by colourfast coatings of Grimsby The injection system is an enderle bugcatcher with 8 injectors set up by Gary Burgin All adapter plates were made by us Fuel is pumped by a enderle 80a mechanical pump supplied by Smax.Smith |
GEARBOX/AXLE A ford fmx gearbox is our transmission unit this has been modified by mark with a manual shift kit supplied by summit racing at the moment we only have the standard torque converter but we are on the look out for a hi stall 4000 rpm converter. Power is delivered to a 8" rear axle through a home made coupling The axle has been narrowed and a spool drive fitted by ourselves |

CHASSIS/WHEELS The chassis is a 236" Art Morrison econo dragster built from a blue print the material is cds2 tubing and we made it all over spec so the car is fairly heavy but we are only learning and me and mark tend to over engineer things At the back is a pair of weld drag lite wheels 15x14 with Hoosier slicks 15x15x33".the front end we have 2 Kawasaki ar 125 ali wheels |
BODYWORK ETC All the bodywork is aluminum fabricated by us and Paul plats of hewson and turrell ltd fuel tank again aluminum and again fabricated by Paul platts.All machining work was done by either the lads at hewson and turrell or Les Hill in his own garage workshop thanks to you all |
